Dynaclean offer an extremely impressive range of Series 1000 water wash models based around five basic metric widths of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 metres. Booths are available as an exhaust chamber only or with a front walk-in, working enclosure comprising a roof and side walls. All Turbo Dynaclean Booths can be used for manual spraying or they can be easily adapted for automatic spraying with or without conveyorised handling.
Booths ordered wit a front working enclosure are supplied without roof lighting as standard but fluorescent, twin tube units can be supplied in an appropriate length to suit the booth width. The light units are fitted behind a sealed, Georgian wired glass panel. The lights are sited forward from the centre line of the working enclosure to allow for conveyor access if required. Explosion proof lighting in special hoods can be supplied to special order as can exhaust fans fitted with explosion proof electric motors.
Conscious of the urgent need to minimise downtime and extend maintenance intervals the Turbo Dynaclean has been engineered to include the remarkable 'Dehon' water treatment device in the water tank. Again, without the need of any pumps, filters, or nozzles, the Dehon venturi cone will with suitable chemical additives dramatically improve the break down treatment of waste paint solids to the benefit of the user. Even in high production situations and with difficult applications, the design ensures the emissions are well within the particulate threshold requirements of the current Environmental Protection Act.
The Turbo Dynaclean Spray Booth works on a unique, established and proven principle. Water and air are drawn up at high velocity from the water tank surface through 'entrainment' ducts by a powerful integral centrifugal exhaust fan. This action efficiently washes the paint laden air which when it reaches the upper chamber separates by means of water separator and eliminator assemblies. The cleansed air is then exhausted to atmosphere via ducting and the water cascades back down to the tank in a continuous water curtain across the flood sheet and back into the lower tanks.
The unique operating principle of the Turbo Dynaclean means that the exhaust fan is the only mechanical moving part of the spray booth. So there are no troublesome pumps to clog and maintain, no nozzles to black and no filters to clean. This means that costly downtime and maintenance can become a thing of the past whilst the finishing shop will benefit from the booths performance with less product rectification work and an improved working environment for the sprayers. Dynaclean booths have been on the market for over twenty five years with thousands of satisfied users benefiting from the simple and highly cost effective operation of the booths.
Dynaclean and their authorised distributors offer a complete booth design and installation service which ensures that the booth and its exhaust emissions are able to comply with regulations and local environmental and noise requirements. Exhaust ducting, elbows and cowls can be supplied to meet varying installation requirements. |
